Oak Ridge Resort 2012 Rates for Cabin Rentals

April Special Rate: $499 per week up to 6 guests
                               or $89 per night (2 nights min.)

*RATES ARE BASED ON 4-PEOPLE OCCUPANCY (with the exception of a WEEKLY RATE
in WINTER and SPRING)

EXTRA PERSON (up to 6 guests): $20/$25/NIGHT OR $60/WEEK

EXTRA GUESTS (and PETS):

All cabin pricing is based on 4 guests or less occupancy. Children of all ages are considered as regular occupants. There is a charge of $25 per day or $60 per week for each extra guest in a cottage.
PETS ARE ALLOWED. There is a charge of $30 per day ($30 first day and $10 for following days) or $65 per week for each pet (regardless of its size) in a cottage.

RESERVATIONS:

A $200 deposit is required for each stay. We accept personal checks for deposits. Reservations that are placed over the phone or e-mail will be held for 7 days only. If we do not receive a deposit after 7 days, the reservation is automatically cancelled. You are responsible for the days you reserve and there are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. A minimum stay of two nights is required during Spring, Fall and Winter. In Summer we only accept weekly reservations. Sales tax is 5.5%

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you only if we can find replacement for the time you reserved with us. If we can not find such a replacement, the deposit will not be returned and can not be used for future reservations. If you cancel your reservation within one week of your stay, you are responsible for payment in full.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

Our vacation homes / cabins will be ready for your after 2 pm of your arrival day and you need to vacate them at 8 am or before 8 am of the day of your departure. We need time between 8 am and 2 pm to clean the cottages well for the next guests arriving that day.

INCLUDED WITH EACH CABIN RENTAL:

Our vacation homes are modern, super clean cottages right at the water’s edge. They are completely furnished, including bed linens. In the kitchens our guests can enjoy full size refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, & coffee maker w/coffee filters, and of course, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and utensils. Bathrooms are very spacious with a modern shower stall, sink and toilet. We provide toilet paper and plastic garbage bags.  Please remember to bring your own bathroom towels.

Also, with all our cabin rentals we provide for free:

- one 14-foot aluminum fishing boat (motor and lift rentals available)*
- outside charcoal grill
- picnic table and lawn chairs
- firepit (for weekly rentals we provide a couple of armfuls of firewood for free)
- private locker at water’s edge for storing your fishing and boating gear
- use of fish cleaning house with freezer
- use of minnow tank (with continuously oxygenated water)
- DVD player in every cottage  (we don’t have a TV reception)

* Sorry, we do not allow using your own boat motor on our boats

WE RENT:

Boat motor (15 hp) - $195 weekly or $60 daily (+ gas used)
Boat lift - $65 weekly or $25 daily ($25 first day and $10 for following days)
Extra boat - $100 weekly or $35 daily
Towels - $20 per set (in case you forget your own)
