Rates are based on 4-people occupancy

SPRING: May 10 – May 31
WEEKLY:  $939+tax
DAILY:       $175+tax   (3 nights minimum)
Daily extra person (up to 6 in the cabin): $25+tax (not to exceed $75)
Weekly extra person (up to 6 in the cabin): $75+tax

SUMMER: June 1 – August 30
WEEKLY:  $1,075+tax (Saturday to Saturday)
Daily extra person (up to 6 in the cabin): $25+tax (not to exceed $75)

FALL: August 31 – October 7
WEEKLY:  $949+tax

EXTRA GUESTS (and PETS):

All cabin pricing is based on 4 guests or less occupancy. Children of all ages are considered as regular occupants. There is a charge of $25 per day or $75 per week for each extra guest in a cottage.
PETS ARE ALLOWED. There is a charge of $35 for the first day and $10 for following days or $95 per week for each pet (regardless of its size) in a cottage.
ATTENTION PET OWNERS!
If your pet's hair is found on the blankets, bedspreads or furniture (futons, sofas), there will be a $100 cleaning fee charged to your credit card (we'll request the credit card info when you check in).
Also, please remember that your dog must be on a leash when it is outside the cottage in the resort.

RESERVATIONS:

A $400 deposit is required for each stay. We accept credit cards for deposits, the balance is payable by personal checks or cash. You are responsible for the days you reserve and there are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. A minimum stay of three nights is required during Spring and Fall. In Summer we only accept weekly reservations (Saturday to Saturday). Wisconsin sales tax is 5.5%

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you only if we can find replacement for the time you reserved with us. If we can not find such a replacement, the deposit will not be returned and can not be used for future reservations. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days prior to your arrival, you are responsible for payment in full.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

Our vacation homes / cabins will be ready for your after 3 pm of your arrival day and you need to vacate them at 8 am or before 8 am of the day of your departure. We need time between 8 am and 3 pm to clean the cottages well for the next guests arriving that day.

INCLUDED WITH EACH CABIN RENTAL:

Our vacation homes are modern, super clean cottages right at the water’s edge. They are completely furnished, including bed linens. In the kitchens our guests can enjoy full size refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster, & coffee maker w/coffee filters, and of course, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and utensils. Bathrooms are very spacious with a modern shower stall, sink and toilet. We provide toilet paper and plastic garbage bags.  Please, remember to bring your own bathroom towels and kitchen dish towels plus dishwashing liquid as well as your personal cosmetics.

Also, with all our cabin rentals we provide for free:

- outside charcoal grill
- picnic table and lawn chairs
- firepit
- private locker at water’s edge for storing your fishing and boating gear
- use of fish cleaning house with freezer
- use of minnow tank (with continuously oxygenated water)
- DVD player in every cottage  (we don’t have a TV reception)

WE RENT:

Boat motor (15 hp) - $269 weekly or $75 daily (+ 6 gal fuel tank at a market price)

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU WANT TO RENT A BOAT MOTOR WE REQUEST YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, EVEN IF YOU PAY BY CHECK OR CASH FOR IT

Boat lift - $75 weekly or $25 daily ($25 first day and $10 for following days) - available with prior arrangement 
Sorry, we do not allow using your own boat motor on our boats
Towels (bathroom and kitchen) - $20 per set (in case you forget your own)
